I was compiling the IT project portfolio to ensure sufficient amount of resources allocated to support business. I was responsible for the results of the investment of the resources: coordinating the whole lifecycle of projects by the identification of the executing project managers, supporting them along the execution stage and reviewing the quality of the results delivered. As a business partner I was leading the dialog to achieve satisfaction of the stakeholders, or provide change management to soften the edges before resources are invested. I was stimulating cooperation between digital startups ecosystem and Bayer Russia, communicating externally much, and playing the role of internal digital evangelist.
